Our Story

Gabe Kling is a full-time Realtor® and licensed broker, born and raised in St. Augustine, Florida. With more than 15 years of experience in the local market, he helps buyers, sellers, and investors navigate every step of the real estate process with clarity, confidence, and a no-pressure approach. His expertise includes coastal and waterfront homes, relocation to St. Augustine, vacation rental and investment properties, family-friendly neighborhoods, and both historic homes and new construction.

 

Gabe and Megan met while Megan was attending Flagler College, and together they’ve built both a family and a business rooted in St. Augustine. While Gabe oversees all real estate representation including pricing strategy, negotiations, contracts, showings, and closing, Megan brings her background in marketing and renovations to support clients through exclusive design consulting, staging guidance, and thoughtful marketing strategy. Together, they’ve renovated multiple homes, invested locally, and now raise their three boys in the community they love. Their combined knowledge gives clients a unique advantage with a full-service experience,  strong representation, local insight, and the ability to see a home’s full potential, whether preparing to sell or settling into a new one.
